What you choose to share
When you contact OneFive Inc., we collect the name, email address, company or specialty, interests, timing, and message you provide. We also record your consent and the time of submission. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, health information, or confidential client information.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential work or opportunities, and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Talent introductions are expressions of interest and are not applications to a specific advertised position.
Where information is processed
The website is designed for hosting on Vercel, and inquiry records are stored using Neon Postgres. The currently configured database is in the United States (AWS us-east-2). A copy of each inquiry is also emailed to OneFive’s team inbox using Resend, an email delivery provider based in the United States. Website and inquiry data may therefore be processed outside Canada. AI sovereignty services discussed on this site are scoped separately and do not mean that this website is hosted exclusively in Canada.
Operational information
The form uses temporary, hashed identifiers derived from an email address and, on Vercel, the connection IP address to limit spam. The inquiry database does not store raw IP addresses. Hosting and database providers may maintain their own operational logs. We measure site visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. This application does not add advertising trackers or nonessential cookies.
Access, retention, and your choices
Inquiry records and their email copies are available to authorized OneFive staff for responding to and managing inquiries. Contact us to request access, a correction, or deletion of your submission, or to withdraw consent for further follow-up. Records should be retained only as needed for the inquiry and any resulting business relationship.
